Worst bank ever
If you love having your everyday purchases blocked with a 50/50 shot they’ll even message you to verify it wasn’t actually fraud after all and so idk maybe a mf could use their own money. If stupid and dumb had a baby it still wouldn’t be as 🥴 as CorTrust
“Unable to process request”
I have gotten an “unable to process request” more times than I can count. If it’s paying off my credit card, transferring money, or even trying to get into my account. The app sucks and you have to access customer service all the time.

every single week on a sunday it's down which is one of the times i need it most
Endless login issues
The Face ID gets reset frequently. The app login does not stick. You can reset it and login right after. But a short time later it no longer recognizes the new password. It’s the only banking app that seems to have this issues.
Perpetual Ongoing Difficulties
This app is so bad l am considering switching banks. “We’re sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again” alerts when I try to login, transfer money, everything. Honestly worthless app.
Not good for Credit accounts
This app is useless for people with the CorTrust Credit Card! This app needs to be updated for credit card holders to access and pay their credit card bills etc.

This app is absolutely useless. It freezes constantly and tells you to call support. The whole idea of online banking is to have the info you want at your fingertips. Why have an app if I have to call anyway??? Please fix this app or invest in something more beneficial to your customers. Thanks!
worst app/bank probably ever.
i spend more time locked out of my accounts on the app then i do being able to get into them. it makes me change my password far too often then will not accept my new password after it’s been changed. most of the people at the location i go to regularly are rude and distrusting and treat me like an idiot. this app is simply the bane of my existence and i have put up with it for way to long. trust me on this, do NOT switch to this bank unless you want the worlds most useless app that looks like it’s from the stone age.

Can only see mobile deposits and transactions over the last 30 days. Extremely frustrating and unhelpful! Please fix this!
I have so many issues with this app!
Since this new version I can’t even log in now. It closes the app. Instant balance is nonexistent. It’s constantly down.

“Raise your expectations” the app says.
The amount of times Ive tried logging in and they’ve had technical difficulties is astounding. Be careful if you use FaceID because they will quickly make you reset your password for the 15th time if your face isnt recognized. Guys, you are a banking company come on you can iron out a good app!
Does not support iPad mini
After taking photos of my check, your app insists I enter “full screen” mode. Although your lack of development does not allow full screen on iPad mini. Instead you force its users to use the phone version which does not support 2266x1488. Why wouldn’t you just disable the ability to deposit checks on iPad mini if you can’t bother with supporting recent device resolutions?

Garbage
This app is garbage. Not only does their online banking crash all the time but the Face ID feature will lock you out of the app if it cannot ID your face. Trash! This is app makes me want to close all my accounts.

The password management is impossible. The app can't manage to save it requiring endless resetting.

Now I can’t even use the app because it’s updated so many times and wasted so much of my storage space that I can’t even update anymore so I can’t log in. That’s stupid. I’m not going to delete pictures of my family and loved ones to know my account balance. Fix it.
