Purchase subscription does not work

I downloaded it on my Apple Vision Pro then I tried to download it on my iPhone same problem everything works fine, except for when I’m on it export it to my photos it brings me to the subscribe button and there’s no way to get out of it I hit restore Purchase. I’ve tried to delete the app, then install it. I’ve reset my phone still nothing. I want my money back. Would love if this worked. I tried to contact them. There’s no email address and Apple is a nightmare to get through to if somebody important see please get back to me so we can resolve this issue would love to give you a five stars unfortunately nobody’s gotten back to me and it’s been two months now ! their webpage it’s just a photo description, It shows email click button. Which is fake. Does not show the developers email. There is no way to contact the developer I need help trying to get a hold of Apple to report this fake app !

I used to love this app paid for subscription now it does not work either. They have to update ios

I tried to reach out through their website. Their link button does not work for email.? tried renewing my subscription does nothing keep bringing me back to the subscription area which I already paid for for the year clicked paid again. Still does nothing I want to give you five stars not sure if you’re aware of this issue please update or refund my money thank you.

It works!

I used this on my Mac to edit several iPhone spatial videos into one long sequence. Then I uploaded to my Quest headset to view them in 3D. The app worked really well! Had a few crashes, but I never lost anything so if it happens to you, just relaunch. Would love to see features like fade to black/white between clips, and glitch fixes. I’m excited to see what’s in store for the future of this app.

That’s exactly the kind of use case I love seeing. Sorry about the crashes — even though nothing was lost, that’s still frustrating. Great little editor

CosmiCut is a wonderful video editor that gives you simple but yet effective tools to make your own video sequences. The user interface is consistent across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You can even edit spacial videos without an Apple Vision Pro. It is easy to use.
