GPS does not work!
Was really excited to get my daughter this watch for the summer of hanging around the neighborhood with her friends. The calls and texts options work fine but the GPS does not!!! Can’t locate her and that’s the whole point of getting the watch! It just keeps spinning, “trying to locate”. Disappointing! Please fix this!!!

GPS DOES NOT WORK
I was really excited to get this watch for my kid because I just needed something basic so I could see where she is and call her. I haven’t even had the watch for 24 hours and I can already tell you it is not working out well. For starters, you can’t even set up the Watch before paying for a monthly subscription. Yearly subscription or two-year subscription. I paid for the yearly subscription because I honestly did not expect as many problems as I’ve already had in less than 24 hours. The watch will not connect to the app so since setting it up, I have not been able to adjust any of the apps that are already on it. We have gone to a bunch of places to see how well the GPS works and it is still saying that she’s at my house and we haven’t been at home for the past three hours. I’ve tried updating it. It does not fix the problem. The calling is very spotty. Does not connect to the phone as well as I would like, there’s glitches the phone goes in and out. All in all 129 for the watch and $200 for a year subscription, I would be confident in saying that paying for an Apple Watch and a monthly plan is long-term more beneficial than this. We are going to wait out the rest of the 14 days to see if it gets any better since that is the only amount of time I have to see if it works well in order to cancel the yearly subscription. Hopefully it works out if not, we’ll be getting an Apple Watch because I know it’s reliable.

Not a fan of the update
We downloaded the “new and improved” app. This reset my son’s watch, deleted all his contacts. Now I’m currently trying to transfer contacts again, but it is not a smooth process.
Avoid
Doesn’t even start without pretty expensive subscription. You literally can’t do anything without it. Awful
Not impressed
I have two Cosmo Jr Track 5 watches. They don't work well at all for gps tracking.
This app (in my opinion) is difficult to navigate and not especially user friendly. The settings I apply don't seem to make any difference regarding how the watches function. Did I mention that the gps tracking completely sucks? It hardly ever updates, no matter what settings I choose.
I also see in the app that it needs an update, but then in the App Store there is no update available.
