A family essential
Have had Cosmo for years and the new app is a great upgrade. Easy to use and keep track of kids with their watches. The new Routines feature is especially nice!
App features lost with upgrade
This upgraded app is an overall improvement from the original app. I find the GPS tracking has improved with this version of the app. My biggest complaint is some features didn't transfer over. You can no longer use the parent app to ping a lost watch-which we need for children! Additionally you can no longer have an ongoing geofence. Everything is tied to routines. You can no longer have a standard alert when they leave your home location. The geofence feature is a big loss. Please bring back those features!

Thanks for the detailed feedback, glad the GPS tracking is working better for you! Good news: Find My Watch (to ping a lost watch) is launching in our upcoming release. For an ongoing geofence, create a location-only routine with no time/day conditions attached, it'll alert on entry and exit just like our older feature. Please reach out to our team if you need help setting it up!
Much improved from previous app!
This app is orders of magnitude better than the old app. It’s only compatible with the new watch, so it won’t work if you have an older version. Call the company, you may be eligible for a free upgrade. Seems like they fixed all the glitches with the new watch and app!
