Horrible app…

Non-intuitive, buggy, only really functions 10% of the time.

We lost two (both kids) watches and I was relieved I would have to mess with the “two” yes, two apps you need for this device.

Why do we need two apps??? - who knows.

Super confusing…

We’ll we found on watch phone and I was relieve you here they updated their apps…

I’m back on and…

It’s like another part time job making sure the phones work and The kids can call from them.

80% of the time they can’t call out and when I call them it goes to voicemail.

Anyway I’ve had nothing but trouble.

Honestly I’d go with another kids phone service unless you really like to mess with technology.

Reloj con defecto , y cobros de plan innecesarios.

Hace varios meses el primer reloj que tenía con ellos el #1 , la batería de le incho y dejo de funcionar . Después cambié para el # 2 y este no lo pude conectar nunca al plan de datos , el cual me seguían cobrando si estar utilizando ningún reloj . Les envié email para la cancelación de los datos y dijeron que si que iban a cancelar . Y no cancelaron nada , siguieron cobrando los 19.99 casa mes desde abril que el reloj no sirvió más . Volví a comunicarme para que me rembolsaran lo que me estaban cobrando , y me dijeron que ellos no habían recibido ningún email, les envié la foto en donde lo decía bien claro . Aún así me dijeron que no me iban hacer ningún rembolso. Son una estafa de compañía y unos viles descarados.

Unusable

My daughter received the watch in September as a birthday present we have never been able to get it to work. I logged out of the app to try and see if logging back in would fix the issue only to be unable to log back in. Customer support scolded me for logging out of the app as if that was the source of all the issues. After an hour with two different support people they were unable to fix my issue and the watch is still unusable. Do not waste your money.

Disappointed

I bought this watch to keep track of my child and have a line of communication. However that is not what I received. The location was always inaccurate, in a different state and after several attempts the problem was not corrected. Device also was constantly offline and it was a guessing game on when and if it became back online.

Do NOT Buy this watch! Company steals!

Company took my money over and over but still NO working watch!! The watch is constantly not working. The time and date don’t change all day- staying at 10am - and /or it is never working on location! Told me my son was in another state 2,000 miles away when he was in same town- 15miles away.
Not able to text my son or via Versa- no
Location, my phone app disappeared and when called to ask what happen, they kept me on hold and phone for over an hour then said he couldn’t help and would have another department call me back. There has been no call back and it has been five days! I have phoned and left messages, still no answer, but they took money out of my credit card account- again for a watch that doesn’t work and app is off line.
