Used to work but not anymore

The app used to work but now as soon as I do anything it restarts with the splash screen

Gangsters

Cosmote are gangsters. They will try any trick in the book to swindle you out of your money, they have for the monopoly on the market in Greece, which is the only reason people use them. If the customer service don’t like dealing with you, they just hang up the call. The payment system on the app doesn’t (currently) work for international cards. If you have any other option, take it.

No matter what options I select it takes me back to the same place I started. Never ending loop and I can’t access anything
Just ridiculous

In a constant loop

No matter what I attempt to do the App keeps going back to its initial flash startup screen (where the logo comes together in an animation) making the app useless until bug is fixed!

Dysfunctional

I tried paying my landline phone and internet after many unsuccessful attempts via emailed notification to my account. Then attempted to add the COSMOTE app on iPad only getting continuously logo “uploads?”
I managed to enter my 25 digit account number to get stuck on the Pay button. Deleted app then re added app, same nonsense. I gave up. Never have I had a harder time trying to pay a bill

Unable to use app!!

After opening the app and loving in it continuously cycles through the colourful display banner, waits a few seconds and does it again. I got as far as add connection. Then that’s it. It just cycles over and over.
Please help!

Avoid Cosmote — Greedy policies and terrible tech

Easily one of the most frustrating networks I’ve ever used. They charge $5 for an eSIM, but if you switch phones, you can't transfer it online for free like normal networks. You have to physically go to a store and pay the $5 all over again.

As a prepaid customer, they nickel-and-dime you constantly instead of just offering a simple plan. You can only get monthly unlimited data during specific months of the year; the rest of the time, you have to constantly muck around renewing it weekly.
Good luck getting help, too. Their app and website are incredibly buggy, and their live chat is a joke—agents take 5 minutes to reply to every message you send, but the system times out and disconnects you if you don't respond immediately or let the screen lock. Extremely frustrating.

Now updated to three stars as the developer has said an English language version is on the way. I hope so. The App is described as being in English plus one other language, but it’s only in Greek. Where is the English language version?

My number doesn’t work

Cosmote sucks

New layout gives me a headache

This new layout of the app must be made for and by young people used to gaming! It’s confusing, cluttered and difficult to do the easiest tasks … paying bills! Now the app is all about up-selling offers and overly colourful junk. CLEAN IT UP! The worst Telco app I’ve seen in years.

An app to cause seizures

This is, by far, the most dysfunctional phone app I have seen in my entire life. Not only do the developers constantly change and redesign it, you get bombarded with basically everything g else that is entirely unrelated to your phone connection. When I opened it today,, my account balance disappeared under basically hidden buttons and everything on screen was to buy things and get discounts on the utterly most irrelevant things on the planet. To illustrate, imagine going to look for a bicycle and you get carpet bombed with travel packages to Mars with worm-dining inside an active volcano, drowning in sea water. Exactly. Their main page makes zero sense. Their ad agency needs to be fired, as I know how these things work in Greece. They’re justifying high budgets by delivering seizure-causing, worthless apps like these to their client, Coamote. And their payment system stopped working if you’re abroad.

The new update sucks

The new update does not favor users who manage multiple accounts or who pay significantly more than others. Previously, I could scroll through my accounts, quickly check their status, and proceed directly to payment or adjustments. Now I am forced to swipe through repeated advertisements and irrelevant information just to accomplish the same tasks.

This redesign makes basic account management more difficult and time-consuming. If I had delivered a user interface like this at my job, I would likely have been terminated. It is hard to understand who approved this change or what problem it was intended to solve. The interface feels poorly thought out and frustrating to use.

Overall, this is a terrible interface!!!!

Junk Junk Junk

I’m in the US managing and paying for my family’s plans, and every time I have to use this app it’s a nightmare. I’m using a valid Visa/MasterCard, and sometimes even PayPal, and yet it takes 20+ minutes of trying over and over before the payment finally goes through.

Why does it keep showing “something went wrong” the first 30 times I click the button, and then randomly work? I’m not asking for anything special. I’m literally trying to GIVE YOU money. This should be the simplest part of your service, but instead it’s incredibly frustrating.

The new app update is terrible for someone that has multiple numbers. You push ads but nothing useful for me to manage my account.

Called your customer service numerous times. Your company is a JOKE!!!

Expensive and upsettingly bad

This was the most expensive mistake that I could have made in relation to a mobile phone and I am now suffering the consequences do not subscribe
