Worst UI/UX experience

I don’t know if any stakeholder from nova has actually seen the app its self. I would be ashamed of having this app under my company. Please take a look at more modern examples for apps, or have Claude redesign your app as I am sure it would be better!

Load time

It takes ages to load my lines , 2mobiles and 1 landline . Not the greatest experience . Please correct the 1995 year in the notifications .

Ever since i got my credentials i tried many times to log in through mobile or pc and the website or application wont recognize my credential password or let me change it because my phone appears to be inexistent to the app, and now i am locked out for 24 hours…
