So excited to see Costa come to the United States. I know this company from the U.K and it is great coffee. Used the Barista Bot in Austin Airport. Super fast and super tasty!!
No more Chai latte :/
I used to LOVE my Briggo - I even contacted HEB to tell them they should start a relationship with them bc it seemed like a perfect fit (target has Starbucks, heb should have briggo) - alas, this wasn't meant to be.
Unfortunately, they removed the option for Chai Tea lattes (or any other tea option). Since I don't like or drink coffee, I can no longer use their service.
Many people don't like coffee or can't handle the acidity. By removing a tea option, you are alienating a large part of the population and forcing us to go to the competition, which is a bummer - I liked giving you my money

Time Saver
I was in the Austin airport for an early morning flight and looking for some coffee. At first I went to Starbucks, but of course everyone else had the same idea and the line was at least a dozen people deep. Not wanting to wait, I kept walking looking for another option, but it was before 6 AM and most stores were closed. Then I found this. The whole process took maybe 3 minutes (including onboarding) and the latte I ordered was great.

Great coffee
I tried the app for the first time and was really impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order. The drink was delicious and made quicker than I expected.

I just want some coffee! Now Please! But Noooo! When I select the closest (only) location it then just spins nonstop! Nothing else happens! It just keeps spinning & never moving on to the next step!! 😡 Bummer!!

I just don’t know what kind of wizardry is in here? Why are they forcing innocent robots to make delicious coffee on the go in an instant.
This is why robots are going to take over the world. Because we enslaved them to do our bidding and now corporations are capturing and forcing robots to make coffee. I demand a union for this robots so they can get fair wages, hours, and not be forced in captivity all day!
On a serious note, I did have a chance to meet with one of the founders while trying it out in Austin’s AUS airport near Gate 11. Not only is it very convenient, the process was quick and easy. I will be trying this at every airport I can find it in.

Can’t get any better!!
At first I was thinking to go ahead and try it, not expecting much. The coffee was great, and it took just a couple minutes, even though there were a few ahead of me.
One error: buying a 16oz. and it gave me a 12oz. I sent in the complaint, and about an hour later I had a reply with two free drinks. A very respectable and professional machine (company itself) that can be ordered anywhere and be ready when you get to the machine.
If I could get one in my kitchen, I would!!

Perfect coffee. No line. Game over!
While I support the idea of good jobs for human beings, the line at the airport Starbucks was oppressive. 20-30 minutes! When I see that, I do without. But right around the corner is this machine...and in 2 minutes of signing up I was watching the robot work on my coffee! Next time, I can tell it to get started before I ever get there, and walk up to retrieve my drink, even if someone else is ordering something. Bravissimo!

Terrible app - made by Shadow Inc?
Wanted to try the machine but the app quality is so poor that I gave up. No support for generating strong passwords with iCloud Keychain. Too much data collection. No support for ApplePay or Sign In with Apple. It’s a coffee machine! Make it easy!

Awesome technology
Saw a line of people at the Briggo kiosk at the Austin Convention Center. I got in line because I wanted coffee... but decided to try the app while waiting. I was able to download the app, create an account, and place my order...and had my drink ready before others waiting in line to order at the kiosk!

No happy with app
I was at the airport in Austin and decided to try this new technology. Downloaded app it ask for a a code I never received and it is not intuitive or easy. Wasted 10 minutes and went to buy a coffee. I would fix your app if you want new customers.
Painful experience
Onboarding into the app took longer than my partner walking two blocks to Peets and back with coffee in hand. Maybe 8 minutes to sign up for an account, add a payment method manually (no Apple Pay!?), choose a location, force quit the app because the location interface froze, relaunch the app, order, and have the machine broadcast out my first and last name in a queue.
Similar machines in China are more private, have a lower touch time (tap start, pick drink, scan Alipay barcode - done in 30 seconds - no account registration necessary) and make warmer coffee than the luke temp this companies industrial robots spit out.
On the plus side, the design is rad, the drinks almost but not quite taste like coffee, and it was a pleasant experience giving away my PI to a faceless machine rather than a breathing human being.

False Advertising
Unfortunately, the machine claimed the first one was free with the download of the app - and then proceeded to charge me anyways. Needless to say, this is very irritating.

Account creation is super slow on the app.
I don’t see why I need an account in the first place.
They don’t even allow creation of the account with the Apple ID. And they don’t allow payment with Apple Pay. You have to manually type your credit card info.

Incredible Experience
This was a quick and easy way to order my much needed drink. It is open 24/7 and very interesting to use. 👍👍👍

Seriously awesome experience! Very easy, quick, innovative and delicious! Prices are great for an airport, and the drinks were delicious. Love this little machine!
