User friendly app. Though I didn’t use it for years and even deleted the app, it still shows my previous charts. Very handy to use especially when scheduling and pre-check in.

They strive for quality care and that is all I can say about the organization.
Certain info disappears after viewing
Looking at info for a scheduled procedure and read the discharge instructions. When I went back to review them, they had disappeared.

Endoscopy
Cottage Hospital from checking in to the end of my colonoscopy was fabulous! Nurses, volunteers and Doctors! They went above and beyond my needs. My first experience as a patient with Cottage and definitely a great experience! Thank you so much!!
Such a pleasant surprise
I have worked in a few ERs in my day, and needing to be on the receiving end of care is not something I’ve had much experience in. My time at SB Cottage Hospital was a pleasant surprise! The moment I hit the door I was seen, heard and care for in every interaction. I am so grateful for the compassionate team of providers that embody the true art of medicine.
