Need to Fix
This app use to be good but in past 2 years has declined as has their rate of interest on their checking account.
The app freezes and closes often and the only fix is to log in on a web browser. Then why have the app?

Slow and Crashes on Stable WiFi and Cellular
By far, the worst banking app I have used from an objective standpoint.
To get to the login screen it takes on average 10 seconds, and upon logging in, the app usually just sits with a spinning circle and fails to log you in after waiting 60 seconds. Fix your app.

Working great after recent update
I see some recent reviews about issues with iOS 13. Looks like they just released a fix and it is working great now!
Crashes on a IOS 13.1.2
After updating my iPad Air 2 to iPadOS, 13.1.2, the app crashes and is unusable. Seems to work on my my iPhone 8+ however. I sent a message to the bank about it. I can access my accounts using Safari browser so I’m not totally dead in the water.
