Amazing service

I've had some great experiences on this app. Many of the professionals on this app are really helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Although I have had a couple of experiences where the support was not so great, generally my experience has been good. I love the unique concept & format of it being completely text-based, which makes it super convenient for my busy schedule. I have experienced some glitches that occur when I'm typing, but it's usually fixed by closing out of the app.

Awesome service!

Great!

Counselors are amazing and app is super user friendly!

Terrible management/glitching

This app has previously been useful on one or two occasions out of ten. The app has terrible glitches. No matter how I open a chat, through Chat Now or scheduling an appointment, the person NEVER responds, and I waited a long amount of time before giving up-15 or 20 minutes.

I have sent my feedback several times and they always say they’re working on it or that i should just keep waiting or that they’ll check with the counselor on their end, but nothing ever changes.

Would not recommend unless the app is running perfectly. because it is frustrating to waiting around for someone to talk to who never responds.
