DON’T use this service! You won’t get paid or any support
Clients and counselors beware! You deserve better than giving your time and money to this company. I WAS HIRED BY A CHAT BOT. No checking of references or any type of vetting of my qualifications! I have never been paid accurately for the work I put in. Developer says it’s my problem for not setting up payment… I have been paid a small amount but nowhere near what I am owed. You’ll put in hours of work with clients and then get screwed over and not get paid if they cancel within that week. Even with that being said, I’ve still never been paid what it says I’m owed. Customer service does not help.

Hello Kitty. Thanks for the feedback. please note that before hiring we do a background check and verify your license. If you are a fully licensed counselor - we will accept you. In order to get paid you need to make sure to provide us with the billing details that you can find in the Payout Tab. Can not login
I am not able to login from the app. When I enter my username and password, I press “Log In” and nothing happens. I have tried several times.
