For confirmation of travel across countries, or states within the USA, the app intentionally asks the user to confirm the date the crossing occurred. This is done by simply opening the app upon arrival in a new country and confirming, within the automated pop-up window, the entry is valid. It is also optional to place a note describing the reason for the entry, such as “family vacation” or “business trip” if desired. Reports, by time period or country, are offered to the user in the event the user requires a specific print out of their travel within a specific period or to a specific country. The app cost under $9 per year to use and Report downloads are charged only when requested and used.

We are sorry to learn that you were not pleased with the functions of the app. The app is designed to provide the user with the cumulative number of days spent in a country on the fly and for the calendar year. The dashboard allows the user to manage their time spent in countries, relative to their potential tax exposure, and make travel decisions on that basis. As a second function, the app also allows the user to print the number of days spent in a particular country over a determined time period, a look back. This function is designed for reporting historical data as may be needed by the user from time to time. We hope this helps clarify the functions and use of the app that will provide you the benefits many users enjoy. If not, you are free to opt out of the trial period at no charge.

You will note on iTunes site + the FAQ's that you cant even find out who makes the app, where they are located or a phone #.
Expensive Junk - I deleted it.. Not worth the hassle....

Mr Wylie, We emailed you and provided a solution that we asked you to try and respond to us. Please delete the app and reload from the App Store. This has worked for persons with IPhone X. We have had no issue with any other IPhone and we are working with Apple to determine why there is a glitch on some IPhone X downloads.
