I paid $30 and cannot even use the core features I expected. The pricing is extremely high for what you actually get, and there is no straightforward way to get a refund. The whole experience feels misleading and not worth the cost at all. I would not recommend this app until they make their pricing and feature tiers clear and actually include basic tax tracking in the base plan.

Flamingo isn’t just reading your phone’s GPS; most of the work (and cost) is our compliance engine that keeps tax, Schengen, and city-level rules current worldwide, which is why our pricing is comparable to other full-feature competitors. The app doesn’t just count your days in the country anymore, but allows you to monitor your tax and visa/permit status, set up custom requirements and rules and shows proactive warnings and alerts to help you avoid violations.
