Paid $30 and Cannot Use the App
I’m really disappointed with this app. The features I used during the free trial, especially basic residency and tax day tracking, were not included after I paid for the subscription. Once I upgraded, I discovered I needed to pay for a second tier just to access the same tools the trial let me use for free. The app has three subscription tiers, which feels excessive and confusing, and none of that was made clear during the trial.
I paid $30 and cannot even use the core features I expected. The pricing is extremely high for what you actually get, and there is no straightforward way to get a refund. The whole experience feels misleading and not worth the cost at all. I would not recommend this app until they make their pricing and feature tiers clear and actually include basic tax tracking in the base plan.

Base subscription doesn't allow tax tracking
You would think the $30 a year would track minimally taxes and visa since it's in the title, but it doesn't. I would have to pay $50 to get that additojal basic function. Honestly a rip off and they deferred me to reportaproblem to try to get a refund. Really disappointing and feel scammed.
An outstanding tool
I love Flamingo and rely on it heavily - it just works. One opportunity for improvement: days at sea in international waters are undefined and it’s not possible to choose “International waters” or “At sea”
Cost vs Service
You were already $3 a month for a tracker, which is three times the cost of your competition. Now you doubled your price and lowered the quality of service by reducing trackers, for data that is al provided by my device, not your software. I will be unsubscribing as soon as I find a replacement. Garbage people, making a mediocre product worse.

Incredibly useful app
I live abroad on a visa, but also travel a ton. This app has been crucial in tracking my time in and out of the country and different visa or residency requirements. The support team is also extremely helpful and friendly, which makes the experience all the better.
Brilliant travel tracking app
This is such a good app for tracking your travel days, for example for Brits who need to stay on top of their days in Schengen countries. The new update now means you can more accurately record your residency and tax status too which is really handy. Best part for me though is the customer service, absolutely outstanding and personalised.

"Upgrade" a disaster
Stay away. Upgrade is horribly complex. Unintuitive, difficult to make sense of what it is doing. Constant notes to upgrade no matter whether what you are trying to do is already part of the subscription. There are so many apps that do this. I cant imagine who this would make sense for. I am stuck till year end so I dont lose YTD.

What have you done to this app! It was really simple and clear and now it’s over complicated and all over the place. I literally can’t get my head around it. Such a shame.
Very Easy to Use
I am not one to leave reviews but I really enjoy this very useful app. I do a lot of international traveling and this really ensures I will not face hefty fines or even banishment for accidentally overstaying a trip. I hike in Europe a few times a year for months at a time and this will ensure I am in compliance. The customer service is outstanding! Thanks!

Perfect for my needs and best customer service ever!
I’m starting to travel as a nomad and tried a few tracker apps. I found some a bit invasive privacy-wise. Others checked your photos gps… what if I don’t take photos often? Flamingo was the most promising but I had a few questions regarding my situation and needs. Flamingo’s customer service was fantastic: professional, friendly and super quick. The app is all set now and I’m ready to embark on my travels with peace of mind. Totally worth it.

I tested this app over 29 days and it reported so many figures wrong.

This app is great value for money cọmpared to other similar tools. It works accurately, is easy to use and the additional features like looking up visa requirements for different countries is a nice bonus to have. I recọmmended it to some travel buddies and they're very grateful.
Best of its kind
This is the best travel tracker app I have found. The other apps are very basic with outdated interfaces and quite confusing to use. Flamingo stands out with a really nice and easy to understand look and accurate trip tracking. I used it when travelling to 4 countries and it worked great. The only thing I wish it had is a map showing all the places I visited so far.

I track my time for tax purposes. If I get it wrong, it could cost me literally millions.
This is the only app I’ve used (and I’ve used several) that actually works.
The support is excellent and they come back to you very quickly. There is no other app I would recommend.

Love it!
I tried out the app for a week and really liked how easy it is to use, so I subcribed to the Pro version and don't regret it a bit. I like that you can track your residency and domicile separately and see a list of all the countries you visited. I just wish it could track cities too!

Good app.
It’s a cool app that does what it says. It helps me monitor days spent in each state and country. I had a problem with it not tracking for a few days, but contacted support and they helped me realize that I needed to change my location permission from "While Using" to Always! My fault for not realizing it sooner. Now everything works like clockwork and I'm quite happy with it.

The best of its kind!
I've used several travel tracking apps, and Flamingo is by far the most efficient and easy to use. As someone who frequently travels between the UK and the EU, keeping track of my days within the Schengen Area used to be a nightmare. Flamingo's calculator has taken all the guesswork out of the process. A must-have app for any frequent traveler!
