This app used to be so easy, to use and had no problems. But now, it has just gone downhill. Doesn’t work so don’t waste your time

This app hasn’t been updated in a years or while. It doesn’t work when it comes to logging in with Facebook or making an account, it either say app not active or error Please fix this the above problems so that I can backup my countdowns cause I just lost them all and can’t get them back. Please make an update happen

Can’t reach anyone for help. Paid to upgrade, but now it’s useless.
No longer supported
Won’t let me log into my Facebook account that was linked with the app. It says
“App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”
App no longer works on my iPhone 15. Won’t let me log in or add events from my iPhone calendar. Won’t sync work calendar either. Please update or update and add widget too.

Abandonned app
No more updates, so there are a few bugs. But it was a very good app before that

Very disappointed I bought the full upgrade and I can’t even make an account it keeps saying invalid email and password please try again
Circle of death
I’ve tried to sign up and I get the circle of death. It won’t allow me to sign up or change my password. I don’t how to contact support so i am hoping this with help get some resolution.

Impossible to create account. It just will not go any further than the sign up screen. Useless.

Best countdown app but can’t log back in 😢
I love this app so much, I’ve used it since 2018. Since getting a new iPhone, I can’t log back in to the app so I can’t access all my past events 💔 App Store says it’s not been updated in 6years so I’m not surprised but just sad to not be able to use it anymore 😕
Disappointing
App itself is ok but it is absolutely impossible to create an account. No matter what, the app thinks you’re trying to log into an existing account that doesn’t exist and will tell you your email/password is incorrect. Also even if I did have an account already I wouldn’t be able to access it because the password reset link is broken too.

Not good
Used to like this app but it’s no good anymore. You can’t select weeks as a countdown option. Try to watch videos for free packs & just get told no videos available. The ap hasn’t had an update in 5 years

Cloudflare always reports bad gateway when attempting to login or create an account
Needs attention
This used to be a GREAT app. But lack of attention makes it not really much use anymore which is such a shame. Can’t edit current countdowns, can’t properly personalise new countdowns. No response from app developers. Look elsewhere until the fix this app.

Is this app still in use ? It doesn’t let me upload the event background pictures anymore or add an event end date so everything says ongoing

No longer works.
The server has been unavailable for well over a year and there is no sign of it ever returning. If you change phones and sign out of Countdown+, the likelihood is that you’ll not be able to get back in again and all data will be lost. I paid for ‘plus’ features and extra packs - all are now lost. This App should be removed from the store.
