Latest Update Broke the App

The latest update broke the app. Won’t let me login or view any stats

Terrible user interface

My company is using this app for a step challenge. What an awful experience. There are phantom points awarded, sync issues, and seemingly no way to troubleshoot issues. The help feature is worthless too.

It’s ok, but buggy.

First off it does what it says, it records your steps, adds points for other exercises when enabled, and groups you when appropriate. It also doesn’t have any horrible ads infiltrating your application.

That being said, a few times a year you’ll have to uninstall/reinstall because you can’t login. You get stuck on the login page and face a login loop. Only fix it’s what I said.

Every Friday you get an email saying you’ve done nothing even though you’re recording steps. I’ve told this to them and was told “oh just ignore that.” Ok I’ll ignore it but it’s been happening for years, thanks though.

Time zones have an advantage always. West coast sees where you finish the day, then has the ability to get just above that when you’re “competing.”

You constantly have to “refresh” your data to get it to pull it in from your sync source.

Overall it’s not terrible, but these issues are a big annoyance.
