Good eats

Great food, but App has problems

Tried to order online at county line on the Lake. First, it takes FOREVER to load the list of locations to order from. You only have six - how ‘bout a drop-down with each of the locations listed. Second and even more annoying is that none of the menu selections on the Lake location offer any sides or other information. It simply gives you the choice to pick a plate and add it to the cart. This needs to be fixed. It is unusable as it is currently. I glanced at some of the other locations just to compare, and not al have this problem, but some have other problems. You should check all of the locations for consistency and bring this app up to speed so people can use it.

Best beef ribs in town! Everything is house made
Truly satisfying 😋

Should Not Have Ordered Takeout When It Was So Busy

We used the app to order two beef rib dinners from the Albuquerque restaurant on Saturday night, February 3. The number went unanswered when we arrived, so we went inside. The place was slammed. The bartender was understandably surly when I asked about my order from the app and if everything was there. I was so eager to leave the jammed restaurant, I forgot to ask about the bread. And I didn’t want to wait another 10+ minutes while the bartender found some. But the worst thing about the experience was that the ribs were dry, as in old. I guess they figured since we were driving home to eat, they could pawn off old food on us. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Especially since we’re great fans of County Line Barbecue. Way to treat your customers.
