Too many popups
I enjoy this game and play it almost every day. However in the past few months, I’ve noticed more and more pop ups trying to get you to buy stuff. It gets annoying when you’re playing and it pops up. You accidentally click on the amount and have to exit quickly before it charges you.
Instead of getting better over time, it’s gotten worse
I’ve been a loyal player since 2024 and this game has been awful lately. It’s completely pay to play, and the number of glitches in the game are horrendous. I’ve had purchases refunded because I never got what was paid for and customer support no longer replies to emails. Game play is constantly interrupted by pop ups so you can buy items as opposed to being able to get them organically. The actual story is never updated anymore. Definitely do not recommend.

Too many pop ups
Not ads, well kind of ads, pay to play pop ups come up every single time you open this app. Then, after closing at least 10 pop ups about buying stuff you get into the pop ups for game play. So you spend the first 5mns of playing just closing pop ups. It’s so annoying I’m deleting the game because I’m here to play, not close pop ups!

Lots of glitches
On multiple occasions extra challenges just disappear before I’ve been able to complete them. Time did not run out, I completed a level and the challenge just wasn’t there anymore. This makes it difficult to collect all the cards. I’ve also had challenges appear that were already complete and the rewards were collected before I even began playing. Sometimes items from challenges I completed previously appear out of nowhere. I’ve submitted feedback on multiple occasions but nobody has responded and the issues persist.

Good game but….
I love this game but I don’t love that I’ve sent an email and got no reply when I purchased the SVIP pass and did not receive what was promised. I had already purchased early the VIP pass and decided to upgrade because it said I would get like 300 energy and 300 or more o gems plus several points to get more, but all I got was extra chances to to get more things, and with only two days left till it expires there is very little chance I will earn them with out the extra help so to me the money was wasted and since you don’t want to reply to me I will be deleting your game!
