Too many pop ups
Not ads, well kind of ads, pay to play pop ups come up every single time you open this app. Then, after closing at least 10 pop ups about buying stuff you get into the pop ups for game play. So you spend the first 5mns of playing just closing pop ups. It’s so annoying I’m deleting the game because I’m here to play, not close pop ups!

Lots of glitches
On multiple occasions extra challenges just disappear before I’ve been able to complete them. Time did not run out, I completed a level and the challenge just wasn’t there anymore. This makes it difficult to collect all the cards. I’ve also had challenges appear that were already complete and the rewards were collected before I even began playing. Sometimes items from challenges I completed previously appear out of nowhere. I’ve submitted feedback on multiple occasions but nobody has responded and the issues persist.

Good game but….
I love this game but I don’t love that I’ve sent an email and got no reply when I purchased the SVIP pass and did not receive what was promised. I had already purchased early the VIP pass and decided to upgrade because it said I would get like 300 energy and 300 or more o gems plus several points to get more, but all I got was extra chances to to get more things, and with only two days left till it expires there is very little chance I will earn them with out the extra help so to me the money was wasted and since you don’t want to reply to me I will be deleting your game!

App no longer has support
Was a great game and when anything broke they responded to emails within 24 hours and immediately fixed the break. App keeps getting screwy and support doesn’t respond. You can’t finish the weekly challenge because it’s missing parts so even if you spend money, you’ve got extra stuff you merged but nothing to use it on to get the final prize set. Their FB account last updated in 2024 and the last time ingame fix messages came was January 2025. Don’t bother downloading.

Random closing. The ads don’t play life for rewards and the game within The game is not working properly.
AI slop
AI art with exceptionally bizarre facial expressions. Dialogue is borderline nonsensical, the AI can write sentences but is very bad at conversations. It was so weird it was funny for a while, but not too long.
I’ve played this game since 2024 but now they’re getting greedy.
It used to be a fun game but now they just keep increasing prices and decreasing what you get. Also the most irritating thing is that you used to be able to play 4x the energy and now they removed the option randomly 2 weeks ago. I like being able to play at my pace and 4x is perfect. I’m level 133 and I’ve had that ability for a long time. I loved this game but they’ve gotten too greedy. I used to put in a decent amount of money and now I can no longer play.

Pop Ups
I enjoy merge games, and the game play in this one. My frustration comes when I first open the game, sitting thru all the pop ups about battle passes and mini games. I understand they are helpful, but when you’ve been playing a while there should be an option to skip as the rules are always the same. Detailing every step takes forever and then I don’t want to play.

Bug booster de générateur
Je joue depuis quelques mois ce jeu. Je suis au niveau 114. Mon booster de générateur était au niveau 4. Depuis quelques semaines il est bloqué au niveau 2. J’ai écris un mail pour signaler ce bug et on ne m’a jamais répondue. Ce bug rend le jeu très fastidieux.

I used to play more often but you can’t boost to 4x anymore even with over 300 lives. Makes it frustrating that you have to merge so many times.

Took away the multiplier, took away the fun.
What happened to generators
Not sure how to contact anyone associated with the game but would love to know why the generators went down to 2x from 4x. Really deflated my excitement for the game and with no heads up or explanation.
Issue after update
Just like many others, I updated my game and now I can no longer use up to 4x multiplier…

This game was fun. I’ve been playing for a while. I’m going to delete it if it’s not back the way it was. It gave you an option to click on 1 to 4 but now it’s only 1 or 2. I want the option of 4 or I’m done.
My bonuses disappear
My multiplier just disappeared. I went from 4 to 2. Don’t like losing my power ups and bonuses.
Was great… until the latest February Update
I started playing this game for cash but ended up liking it so I continued to play it. Every single day, I played this game. A couple weeks ago I reached the end and had to wait for an update. No big deal, but this latest update reverted progress by at least half. Things that I worked to get to top levels can now only generate at 2x instead of 4. I feel like I’m wasting my time so now I don’t even want to play anymore. Over to Disney solitaire I guess…

New update
Now the multiplying option doesn’t work correctly and gives you low graded items. Now I have to wait twice as long to complete orders due to the set back. I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile and my level is 133, it’s maxed out and I’ve been waiting for new updates. This by far has lost my interest, it’s almost like all my game play and time has been a waste since I feel like I’m playing at level 10 again.

Idk what they’re doing anymore
I’ve played this game for a very long time and enjoyed it while it was good. Spent money and now it’s just odd. The stories have ended so now I’m just collecting coins despite having a new update with no ability to win more batteries or items buy reaching coin goals. The characters don’t text anymore and give you opportunities to win gems like before. I see some new things they’ve tried but there’s just not enough. I’m not spending anymore money because honestly what’s the point
