Not working
I don’t know what happened, probably the update but I can’t search for any books it says can not find for whatever word I put in which is weird
Needs a Bug Fix Maybe
I was randomly logged out and although I’m entering the correct information I’m not allowed to log into the app at all.
Logs out constantly
For some weird reason, the app logs me out all the time and then won’t let me log in at night / in the early morning. During the daytime it’s fine and will let me log in, but if I’m trying to put books on hold at night, forget it. When the app is working and I’m logged in, it’s totally fine but stars taken away for this odd “feature”

Since the update, app no longer works
Can’t Reinstall/Couldn’t Log In
The app used to work wonderfully, but a while ago all of a sudden it wouldn’t recognize my log in credentials. Those same credentials work fine on my desktop computer. At the time I spoke with my local branch and they told me that there was known issues with the app. I tried intermittently to log in and failed every time. Today I contacted my local branch again. They asked me if the app was up to date (it is), and if I’d tried deleting and reinstalling it. I hadn’t tried that, so I deleted it and attempted to reinstall it from the App Store. It won’t reinstall, the download progress arrow spins for a few seconds and then goes away. What gives?

Missing back button
I use this app to reserve books for my classroom. But, my version of the app is missing the Back button, so I have to keep closing and restarting the app.

Wonderful app but requires some UX improvements. Being able to pay fines in app would also be nice.

Read the reviews and wasn’t sure. Took a risk. It works just fine for me. Scanned my card to login. Super simple. Can search and request holds. All I need 🥰

Ok, so sometimes it takes me a while to find what I’m looking for but this app basically puts the library at my fingertips.
I can check on my account, renew a book, put others on hold and more. The app links to all sorts of resources including Hoopla and Libby while offering magazines and newspapers for online reading.
Sure, there are glitches and need for improvement but the total package is AMAZING!

Cant connect after new update
New update broke app. Can’t connect
Worse than ever!
Doesn’t show reading history. Takes a very long time to populate the loan list. Whoever is creating/maintaining this app is doing a terrible job. Please fix ASAP!!

Hello, The Reading History will show up in the CountyCat Mobile app only after you opt into that feature using CountyCat on a web browser. The other thing I would recommend is not logging out of the app but then doing a hard restart of your phone or device. Often that helps. Thanks so much.
Holds - renewals - searching
So simple to search for books, put them on hold and see your account. Haven’t tried the media piece of the app, but it is super easy for the basic searching and acct mgmt.
Terrible
Every update is worse than the last. Not sure why they invested resources in creating this new, “improved” app but it was a waste. Stupid things like shutting off music when opening the app (why??) to important things like being able to search the catalog or easily access a listing of what items you have checked out. Nothing works. The only decent thing about it is the ability to scan your library card barcode from the app, but it’s 2022 so that should be a given anyway.

Poor
Extremely poor update for a perfectly working app. It freezes, forgets my login, and does not work well otherwise. Why?

Freezes
Works only 50% of the time. I hope the update the week of July 18, 2022 will fix the issues.
Freezing
It freezes every time I try to go into the app. I have to restart my phone just to get it working again. Super annoying.
Buffering issues
Great app when it’s not stuck buffering. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a week.
