App fails to work at about one in four visits. Pretty slow too.

Skip lines, earn rewards. The couple times in a couple years that I ever had any issues, email support fixed it ASAP — and even offered a credit.

Great food; great app
Ordering in the Coupa app lets you skip the line when it’s busy and customize your order more clearly. It’s so useful.

Essential to skip the line
I appreciate that they improved glitches that used to happen.

Intuitive to use. Plus, a big-time time saver (pun intended): order ahead and avoid the line.
So useful
The app is essential for two things: to avoid the crazy lines certain times of day and to custom build salads. Coupa’s regular salads are great but they have such wonderful ingredients that sometimes it’s better just to make your own.
Fine, but really needs apple pay support
I have not ordered more than once recently because I didn’t have my CC on me. The app always wants the cvv even with stored cc details and doesn’t support apple pay. Small fix to be much more useful!
Needs Apple Pay
I’d give this app a 5 if it had Apple Pay. I usually don’t carry a card on me and usually use Apple Pay. Sometimes I just cancel my order since there is no way of ordering with Apple Pay. Get it on the app just like in person at the cafe :)
Delay prediction is garbage
They have a fixed delay, regardless of how busy the place is. Ended up having to wait a ton.

A great way to get what you want, and quickly
Sometimes, the line at Coupa can be super long. And the salads are so good, but sometimes you want to add or subtract an ingredient or two. That’s when the app is particularly useful. It’s easy to navigate and allows you to customize the time and the item really well.

Absolutely painful to navigate
can’t enter in credit card expiration dates that expire past the current month, and can’t use Apple Pay. Would not recommend.

Literally a life saver of an app. Allows you to easily skip the incredibly long Coupa lines and the pickup service is just incredible. You can take your time to go through what you want and I’ve never had troubleshooting with this app.

Coupa is great. Great people, great coffee. This app does work well, but REALLY tired of getting nagged into writing a review EVERYTIME I order! sToP!!

Im not big on ordering through online or DoorDash, but this app makes it so easy, especially with the option of adding special instructions.
