Couple Things: Shared List

Couple Things is a shared grocery list app for couples. There’s a scoreboard, a live activity feed, and just enough friendly competition to make checking off milk feel oddly satisfying. Shared grocery lists may seem boring. And they often are! But they also involve our nutrition, managing a home, and collaborating with a partner…all important things, if you ask us. So we wanted to build something that was fun, useful, *and* beautiful. Enter Couple Things. Add items to your list, either by dragging down or by tapping items in the Pantry section for quick adds. Sort them by your grocery store’s unique layout in Shopping Mode. Cross off the items as you pick them up. Earn points and watch the score update in real-time. Tap to react to your partner’s purchases, and use the Bonus button to send them a few extra points if you’re feeling charitable. The game will reset weekly, monthly, or never — it’s up to you. Grocery lists, admittedly, are a small part of our day-to-day lives. But collaborating with your partner, making sure your home is well-stocked, and flirting a little are bigger real-life things.
