Broken app
Downloaded this app and was able to use it for just few hours, the questions and games are good but they ain’t deepen relationships. Another thing is, it just keeps logging me out every time I open it and immediately after logging in it logs right back out. Updated my phone and the app and even clear caches on my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still gives the same issue and I’m unable to use log back in again. Please fix this issue

No help whatsoever
The app was great at first. It kicked my husband out of his app and we haven’t been able to get him back in. We’ve reached out for support and not heard any response. There are others that mention restarting a new account but we haven’t completed a lot and it’s really disappointing and discouraging. We do not want to start over with new accounts. We did pay the annual fee also. What a waste of money for something that was deemed to be so promising.

0 stars after what happened to me, lost money, terrible support
Downloaded this to have some easy interaction and growth with my partner. I paid an annual subscription which was NOT cheap. my account vanished one day. I cannot log in and the app expects me to make a NEW ACCOUNT. I am so upset. I’ve sent out multiple emails… received no response or help. I get no reimbursement for my subscription or even an explanation. no roll overs if I make a new account. I loved this at first but I feel robbed. my memories, notes, letters, and etc gone. and my money. shame.

Fake free, they charge
They lure you with the word free. They make you input all your info then ask you to pay. Waste of time.
Can’t get back into my account
I have been emailing the developers for a long time asking for assistance with regaining access to my account and I have yet to receive a response. I have my username and password word stored in my phone and it has never been changed but somehow I can no longer access my account and no one is available to assist me.

A waste of money
Says my phone won’t connect and when I complete something that’s already been done by her it doesn’t register.
It’s decent, has problems
Get it for the cheap deal, the “new” activity added is literally the same stuff with a new title but same game/questions. Notifications do not work. They randomly send you every notification in the middle of the night non stop out of nowhere after like a week or more of use. Fails to load things often. Needs a lot of work.

Free trial is a scam
We were offered a free trial however we were charged $14.99 for a month immediately. When looking into the subscription options I see options as low as $3.99 a month and $19.99 a year. However they still charged me $14.99 for a month.
App not working
Paid to use this a while back. Now it doesn’t work. It won’t allow me to login using my account that clearly still exists and it will not allow to me a new one from either of my mobile devices which are both very current iPhones. Me and my significant other have quite a few quizzes on there that we’ve done and for some reason it will not allow me to do anything.

I used to love this app to use with my girlfriend and we even paid for the full subscription and now we’re completely locked out and can’t even see our old results. I’m very disappointed and feel very much scammed. There is no information about the owners of this app and they don’t respond to emails so it’s kind of a guaranteed lose scenario…

App won’t load
Nothing I do will let me log back into the app. It’s broken
It was great for a while…
great app for couples, my boyfriend and I had this app for a while but all of a sudden it glitched and now I can’t login or even get passed the loading screen. Now we don’t use it anymore.
Really good app just some issues
I actually really like the app and it works well and helps a lot . But as I tried to go back into the app after a while it either won’t load in or won’t even let me sign in after I deleted and redownloaded it

App doesn’t open after paying for a year subscription
App no longer opens/loads after they took our money for a year long subscription that we only got to use for less than 6 months.
