Not what I was expecting
The app is buggy. Although it fairness so is the web site. Both the app and the website are near clones of each other. Navigation and response times are challenges. The big turn off for me is the subscription price, it’s outrageous . I was only looking to take one class. Coursera is no longer what it was a few years ago.

Not worth it
The ICD-1o medical billing and coding course has the following issues: -missing documentation samples (Course 3 Module 2 of Superbill)
-missing mid-session prompt practice question (Course 2)
-Incorrect transcript versus what speaker actually said (multiple videos, including Course 3 Module 2 Superbill Components and Payer Integration
-Graded assignments with fill-in sections are marked incorrect when they are indeed correct (almost all graded quizes)
-Course 4 Module 1 Hands-On Coding Resource Navigation Workshop the first link does not work
-Missing Systematic coding worksheet in Course 4 Module 2: Code Real Clinical Scenarios assignment
-The entire four courses are repetitions of the same lessons. Could have been minimized to 2 courses maximum.
-Key lessons and resources, such as how to look up different types of codes, are not introduced until after a few modules, making it difficult to complete the first few lessons.
-I submitted a message to the community forum for help locating missing documents and I received no reply. I messaged Coursera directly through their website and received no reply. I then emailed them directly via an email I previously used for another issue and received no reply.

Excellent platform
I enjoy the course work on this platform and the wide array of topics that can be chosen from, my only complaint is that when you run into an issue, you’ve no real option to contact an actual person, resolution is not a streamlined process it’s compartmentalized and rather difficult, other than that I enjoy Coursera
