無料期間中の証明書発行に注意。7日間の無料期間中の2日目に、修了したコースの証明書発行の方法を調べていると、誤って即課金して証明書を発行するボタンに触れてしまった。急いでキャンセルのためにチャットサポートへ連絡したが、ポリシーにより証明書が発行されたものは無料期間でもサブスクリプションをキャンセルできないとのこと。私は何度も、であれば証明書の発行もコースを修了した証明もいらないと言いましたがポリシーにより受付不可との一点張り。おまけに会話の途中でサポートエージェントが英語で話し始めたり、挙げ句の果てにはまだ会話をしている最中にこれ以上話すことはないと言ってサポートを強制終了した。この感じは日本の企業だとありえない対応だと思いました。無料トライアルに登録する際にはご注意ください。ちょっとあんまりだと思いました。

Ummm
So far learned a lot but sometimes I’ll read something I’ll do an assignment or do one of those feedback assignments and an error will pop up or it’ll say I didn’t complete it. It’s kind of weird that sometimes on my computer it’ll say one thing on my phone. It’ll say another it makes things really confusing and hard to keep track of.

$49 a month for it not to work half the time
Always getting pop ups saying "something's not right" whenever I try to finish an assignment or reading.
No sound
It’s a shame, loved the app and was working great. Then the audio stopped working and no response when reporting the bug and nothing on your help forum. Tried via mobile and web browser.

Pretty much strips all functionality apart from watching videos. Forgot about trying to get on the website while you have the app installed.

Refund & Cancellation
The website lacks transparency. They connect you to ai and have no direct contact to human agency. To view their policy, they expect you to take an hour to find couple sentences you needed (need to open up multiple pages they hyperlinked in their unnecessary and useless essays). If you purchased Plus and single course, you may overcharged for overlapping access and take days for you to not get a full refund.

Feedback pop ups are annoying
I actually really like the platform and the first time you asked for feedback I gave you five stars, but after every single quiz and every single video, I’m being asked to give another review and I’m super annoyed with it and it really degrades the experience in the platform
