Must manually type in barcode number for rewards. I’ve emailed about it and have not received a helpful response.
Food is NEVER ready on time
It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when the food is never ready at the pickup time the app gives me. I should not still be sitting here 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready!
Issues with cashier
Cashiers refused to provide water cup with food. She said we don't provide water cup with food. This is city violation for restaurants. Cashiers is Emma. Every restaurant in the world provides water cups in the world. She really need to understand

Sends notifications when they are turned off
Love our local cousins, no issues using the app, it was my preferred way to order for pickup. I’m uninstalling because it pushes notifications even when push notifications are toggled off in the apps settings. Worse yet, they aren’t even order updates, they’re exclusively advertising.
Be respectful
Customer service is terrible during the noon hours.. I understand we all go through things however leave the nasty attitude at home. Almost cancelled my order but I was so hungry

We love cousins subs, but when we purchased a 7 1/2” sub and a 15” sub, the total came to $28.63. Was shocked how pricing has gone up.
Cousin’s subs
This store was phenomenal. The manager of the store and the employee taking my order and checking me out are the best I’ve seen in a long time at any other restaurant business they need a huge reward. They are awesome. The food is awesome. Also, truly I must go to place for a sandwich.
Clunky but useable
If Chick-fil-A is the gold standard and McDonald’s app is a close second and Taco Bell a distant third, then the cousins app is about tenth in the race. The ordering process is tedious. Trying to claim your “rewards” seems intentionally difficult. Even the “scan barcode” for earning rewards constantly gives me errors but on the sixth attempt it works. The location selection needs updating, stop trying to find me the nearest location and give me my favorite location.

Why can’t I scan receipts for points?! It shouldn’t matter how old they are. I can understand it on writing a review, there’s no reason for rewards.
