App used to send notifications whenever a team member sends a direct message. App no longer sends a notification. Phone doesn’t ring. You have to manually open the app. And check if there’s anything in there.
Tool in the app never work
My driver miles tab, the pta, and payroll tabs haven’t worked in weeks.
Messed up the one feature that worked fine
How did y’all “update” the document scan feature to make it so terrible. I wished I hadnt updated the app. The doc scan now does a countdown to take the picture, but it’s struggling to recognize the page borders. I can’t seem to override the countdown and just snap the picture. Super frustrating!
Honest review
The app is honestly terrible. They hardly make updates on it and when they do it’s God awful. It has so many glitches and issues you never know when you will actually work correctly. One thing good I can say is it serves its purpose when the app is actually working correctly. That’s why I have it two stars.

In app selections not working
Multiple pages within the app do not work and it’s becoming a pain trying to track true team miles and miles for the week please fix

Notifications
When I started using this app back in NOV it was great I got messages before my truck com did. Now I don't get them at all I have to go into the app on my own or I have to be in the truck.
Disappointed
I have had the privilege of working with many companies at home and abroad but the way things are being handled here in Ft Wayne I have never seen or had to endure the lack of organization as it is......

When you spot a typo after sending, and correcting that word is important for clarity, you should be able to edit the word like other apps allow.
