Camera could work better. Doesn’t pick up everything.
Actually useful
It took awhile to setup which was extremely frustrating especially the camera. Once it was all figured out it has been great! I love being able to control my home from my phone.
Terrible
Doorbell camera randomly stops working and suggest troubleshooting but there’s nothing wrong with WiFi or it being connected to WiFi. It just randomly goes in and out. Defeats the purpose of having it
Major issues
We moved into our Cottage the summer of 23.
The day we moved in there were ants everywhere, they were coming through the kitchen outlets, tub/shower, toilets, sinks and random wall places. It took about 7 or 8 months before WE the occupants, got them under control. We were very concerned because I'm on nutritional life support and was completely terrified that they would work their way into my feeds, therefore into my body, thank God that didn't happen.
The previous staff were absolutely terrible and unprofessional, on that note, the new staff have been working hard to make things better and are continuing to improve. Most of the issues now are the residents not following lease agreement however, the staff are patrolling the neighborhood and issuing tickets for anyone who is not following the agreement.

Useless & Pointless
Unable to select dates to view past doorbell footage. Doorbell camera doesn’t record or catch 95% of activity outside unless someone rings the doorbell. Etc. Poor video quality. Lackluster and poorly built app with a mediocre UI. Basically, a great value or better yet dollar tree brand version of “ring”. I only have this app because the townhome complex I’m in updated their doorbells to this garbage system.

Fellow users struggling, here is some help.
Okay, this system could use some work. Some things are nice, others are a pain. Most things with the doorbell are a pain without changing some software defaults. The app as a whole has potential.
The thermostat and scheduling is a nice touch.
The key pad works well too. I like having a guest code if I ever need someone to enter.
My Gripes: the doorbell.
- it only works with a 2.4 ghz wifi band. If you have a mesh network, you can force it to split into two bands: 5.0 & 2.4 GHz.
- the recording mode should be set to “event recording” by default since navigating the video viewer isn’t great.
- if I don’t set the motion sensitivity to “low”, I get a recording often because the small tree in front of my property moves a little. Default to low or allow for me to avoid triggering when there is movement in certain parts of the frame.
- HUGE ISSUE: if the sd card ever fills, it will stop recording anything but the most recent video. The fix: you can reformat the sd card through the app which will wipe the data.
Developer Fix: please delete the oldest videos when the drive gets full, like a queue.

Needs serious improvements
There should be an easier way to connect doorbells and internet connections. The doorbell will disconnect and the WiFi removed, and you have to go through the entire reset doorbell process for it to work again. I rather use my ring doorbell than this. It’s even worse that the doorbell is wired in, and yet still does not display the camera. The reset button doesn’t work on the app either.
