Beware! Duplicate Charge and Inadequate Customer Support

Leasing office recently switched to this app for the resident portal. I went to make a payment and the app glitched, charging me twice! Homebody said they couldn’t help and my leasing office said the same.

It’s pretty frustrating that an app taking payments can’t void or fix a duplicate charge, especially when the issue came from the app itself.

No Help

Refuse to help you with your payments if you don’t have an insurance policy with them. I got a new card recently and the app would not allow me to delete any old payment options or add any new cards. Called support for help but they refused to help me because I didn’t have renters insurance through them, telling me to go to my leasing office to figure out paying my rent. My leasing office obviously wasn’t able to access anything to help me since it’s not their app and they don’t have those permissions. So they tried to call the help line and they again refused to help me without a policy number. How can you have an app that allows you to pay your rent through them, but they refuse to help you unless you have THEIR SPECIFIC renters insurance??? Never heard of before. The staff and me had to figure out a roundabout way for me to add my actual bank account to the app so I could pay my rent in time. Worst app ever.

Fees galore

I’m not happy with the fees to pay rent. That’s ridiculous!!!!

Hardly even works

I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app several times to even open it to pay my rent. If your apartment complex tries to switch to this app beg them not too. It’s terrible.

Doesn’t even open

I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times now and it won’t even open.. can’t pay my rent because this app won’t work at all.
