Why having an app that doesn’t even works. Impossible to even enter in. You should REMOVE IT FROM THE APP STORE. Or please Update it to work. This is a shitty app sorry

Unable to do most basic task
App cannot do the very basic thing it’s meant to do: authenticate. You can’t even login to your account. Useless. Instant delete.
Extremely Unprofessional
I went to a hospital for an emergency. I had breathing issues. I have an active account with Cowan insurance. I tried to log into the mobile application to download the UHIP card. I tried over and over again to log in using this application but could not log in. But later on, I went to the website of Cowan using a mobile web browser and I could successfully log in with the same username/email and password.
If you are offering a mobile application to your clients, please make sure it works. If it doesn’t work please at least let us know. In that way, we would be able to save valuable time and possibly our life if any emergency occurs.

Downloaded app, try to create an account says my policy number is not found. Just another problem I have experienced with Cowan Imsurance related things.
