$120 a year and app never works!
Inexcusable poor technology and lack of support, charge customers $120 a year and the app constantly glitches, crashes and won't let you live stream - just continues to have a pop up that says you need to subscribe - and then confirms you've already subscribed and app closes.
The worst customer service
Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. Lost me as a customer today for good because their customer service rep, Alaina, was too busy arguing with me to do her job.
Waste of money
I’ve given this subscription two chances and both times have been let down. I pay for it, and then can’t watch anything. It just keeps popping up with the option to subscribe, I pay, and then it tells me I already have a subscription and I still can’t watch anything. Rip off.
Can’t search content
Can’t perform searches for what content to watch (or at least is not obvious how to do so). User experience is fairly annoying because of it
Not there yet
Constant buffering and glitches. The livestream at least for the local rodeo we want to watch has not worked well 3 years in a row now. Great idea but so far they haven’t got it figured out.

Camera switches views too many times. Zooming in too far and misses the event. Takes too long to load. Too much buffering. Please Show the entire chute and box on the timed events without the zoom and switch.

Can’t cast to tv using the app so it’s a waste of $120.

Paid for a year subscription format so we could ensure we were able to watch family at NHSRA Finals. Every single live feed froze and then a pop up stating unable to play selected content. Useless

Streaming
Seems every year they change where they stream the live performances and then unable to view usually the final round. It’s me, it’s my tv that’s “not supported,” but has firestick per their streaming requirements, and definitely can’t be them.

I’ve had this app a few years now. Every time I open it I’m hoping they used some of the money they make on improving it and am left disappointed. It’s frustrating to try rewinding or fast forwarding. There’s several rodeos I have to go to the website to watch because they’re impossible to find in the app. I find it hard to believe this is the best they can give us especially with what we’re paying to be able to watch including the NFR and we’ve had problems watching that when the time comes too. It’s obviously getting really annoying because I never write reviews. You might as well hire me to design a new app. It might be my first time but I bet I’d do a better job than this! It’s pitiful.

The live portion doesn’t always show all live events only what’s currently on the cowboy channel even though I have the plus subscription.

Not showing the “live” rodeos as they are going on SUCKS. I have family to watch and I’ve never had so much trouble. I should be watching Calgary live but it’s not on. Thx for nothing
No signal
Every time I watch the app, it won’t even load it just skips and skips and I’m paying money for nothing come on guys

Hard to navigate
This app is extremely hard to navigate, I got the everything we got package and still cannot locate the archived footage!
Not airing all days of a rodeo
Won’t bother purchasing again after them not airing all the days of a rodeo. Who wants to watch just 2 of the 4 days of a rodeo? The cowboy channel itself will not issue money back.
