I love that’s it’s made easy to make payments. I don’t like that it want let extend my payment. It only gives me option to choose when it has at least two other options I can choose from.

How did yall cut my service off when it said I had to the 2st to pay and have email to prove it and then keep charging my card when I asked not to cause I don’t get paid til night time!! Really gonna find another provider!!!

I have been with Cox for years. And my son, worked for Cox for 23 yrs-his entire working life until he died on 4/24/23. Jason M. Williamson. It’s too expensive and I will be canceling the cable portion. I wish you had an over 55 special but you don’t. 😢
Customer support
The customer support for COX is some of the worst I have ever had to deal with. I had a price lock guarantee for 3 years. It randomly got taken off months ago. I have tried 4 different times to fix the issue and every time they submit a ticket and nothing happens. So far I have over paid 450$ on my internet bill.
