Disappointed

Disappointed in Cox service. Always freezing I mean constantly, no sound , scrambled picture. Yet the price is now $70-80, more than it was. No changes and the channels and packages are horrible. Just feel ripped off by price and service. Not worth $300 a month for internet/ cable…. Especially because we are charged higher rates due to zip code.
