Unreliable network
Constant outages or slow internet
Worst ever
I get a discount on my WiFi and still have to pay for WiFi. It’s slow, patchy and unpredictable. I’m home bound and my phone/computer is the only way that I am communicate or get things shipped to me. It’s frustrating. I would never recommend cox or whatever they are called now, because of these issues.
