App doesn’t work atm
As if right now the app doesn’t work due to the spectrum merge causing interference between the user id so I need to check the site to see the wifi status

No Apple Pay
After this update it wanted me to change my user id. Then it used my old one when I said to pay my bill, but there is no longer an Apple Pay button. Seems like it has been hacked. It doesn’t look at all like the screen shots you show.
Online sign in
It’s needs to be a lot easier to get In and out .. from the start of my process .. jump through hoop then another until I almost gave up I finally after an hour or so trying to just pay my bill
The changes are not working
Horrible. I keep getting rerouted to change my user name over and over.
Ridiculous pricing
Bill was $160 for JUST INTERNET only. Just went up to $190. No phone line, no cable, just internet. I already shopped around and I will be switching to another provider.

Recently updated app and when asked for txt code no way to continue when code entered.

This app is absolutely horrible. Using the chat option does not give an adequate amount of information. Just the same canned responses provided by AI. No one can explain why a bill is raised when you call the customer service number you can never reach a person.

You know how many internet services are out there I could use but I chose cox. But I may be canceling my internet service with your company and finding a more monthly reasonable rate with another company because paying $116 a month is outrageous. If you want to contact me and keep me as a cox customer I welcome it. Other wise I just might cancel. Good luck!
