Since I got my iPhone 12, I can connect to our cameras but it just keeps buffering and no video download and no ability to trace back in time

The app will load the available cameras and lets you open each view but buffers constantly.
I also cannot roll back the footage for each of the cameras. Spoke to a Cox rep who said uninstall and reinstall the app, I know this works occasionally but was not a factor for us.
App was working fine on a prior model : iPhone XR
New iPhone 12’s were purchased and the app was loaded with the same consistent issues across each of the phones (No live feed, can’t view old footage, buffering, etc).
Let a guy know when there’s a fix :)

Won’t work
Upgraded to the I phone 12 now the app says unable to view

The app works fine on iPhone 10 and 11 but the video never loads on the iPhone 12. We’ve called Cox several times and they don’t have any information about when it will be fixed. It’s shocking that a company like Cox is unable to fix this or give an estimated date when this could be fixed.
Not compatible with new iPhones
Unable to view on iPhone 12. Works fine on my old phone and computer. App open, shows grainy snap shot and can’t load video. I’ve reloaded, refreshed, etc. etc.
The worst app
I have a lot of crime happening at my business and the cameras are always “offline” when I need them the most.

App has always been hit and miss regarding connection quality. However, ever since I have gotten the new iPhone. The app will not let me see anything live and always ends up saying the connection is not available. Please fix.

Update fixed issue with my iPhone 11
When I got my iPhone 11 this app wouldn’t show live footage. I just got the update today and it is finally fixed. So happy I don’t have to use this app on my old android.

Had to download this updated version, now I can’t watch in live mode it just spins. Cox you really need to fix this issue Fast.

Can’t view on iPhone 11 Pro
The app opens fine to the camera windows but when I want to select a specific window to view full screen, it never allows the live view. And eventually tells me it’s offline...which it definitely isn’t. Considering how much I pay for the service, I’d like it to work.

I am no longer able to monitor my business using this app. Cox has been a nightmare from the beginning. This app has always been a little useless, now it is completely useless. Live view doesn’t work at all. I get warnings on my phone that I am now unable to verify.
