Poor app and zero support
Really poor app. It used to be in synch with my Cox Contour at home but stopped doing that a few months ago. I opened a support ticket with Cox and I was told the case will be escalated up the chain and someone will get back to me. No one ever did. I really do not like Cox nor its support but in my area I don’t have any other cable providers unless I switch to DirecTV. As soon as I do have other choices I will cancel Cox. Been with them for over 30 years. They keep raising their rates and lower their level of service

Sucks
Even when I’m at home, connected to home wifi, it says I can’t watch unless I connect to home wifi. Makes no sense
Too EXPENSIVE
As expensive as Cox cable and Internet are, Cox customers shouldn’t have to pay for additional premium streaming services that’s available on Cox for an additional fee.
No Wifi
I shouldn’t have to hook up my home WiFi to use my Contour App.
My shows anytime anywhere
When I am away from home and I can get to my favorite shows and recordings - that makes me happy!

It’s great as long as the program isn’t blocked. Seems like more than half of anything I want to watch cannot be seen on contour.

The app never seems to work. Can’t watch most sporting events
Multiview Apple TV
Please create a multiview/multicast feature for the AppleTV app so we can watch up to four sports at once.
Also, we need ALL channels that we pay for available anywhere away from home!

What’s the point
I don’t get why have an app to watch Live tv where you need to be connected to home WiFi . If I’m at home I’ll watch it on my living room TV……
Worthless
You can’t watch anything live unless you are on your home network! What good is that?
Great app
We are traveling and I am able to record future shows and watch recorded show where ever I am.
Ridiculous
Trying to watch something remotely and says I need to connect to home WIFI. If I was home I'd watch it on TV. How dumb this is particularly for how much money we spend at two homes on Cox.
Restarts everything
I can’t watch a show for too long before it keeps rewinding to the same scene over and over again. I end up watching the same commercial numerous times.

It is stupid, truly stupid, that you need to login everytime you use the app.

What food is it to pay these exorbitant fees and can’t watch when traveling. Will be cancelling cox and moving to Google internet and streaming.

The old system was better. You could record more than two programs and there was more space.
Lost
So my first critique would be that the Contour TV shut down about every other week, the Internet shuts down about every other week. And the cost went up so the service goes down and the cost goes up. That’s not cool

While I’m at work or traveling, I do not have the option of connecting to my TV or would I do have the option two is very limited so therefore I don’t feel this is a very valuable program. I’m considering canceling my subscription.I
