Super Minimal Parenting Controls.
The effort put into the security is laughable. You can’t enter website, keywords, or apps that you want to block from children. And kids just change their computer name to get around the downtime schedule.
Horrible service
I’ve had Cox for decades! It’s not reliable anymore, service consistently disconnects and stops working all day every day. My internet connection doesn’t connect! Just stops loading and I have to restart my router 4-5x to get through one movie. My security cameras never work and are unreliable because of the horrible internet connection and WiFi issues! I absolutely hate COX now!

Tech support is limited and notifications of outage is limited. When there is an outage we should be reimbursed and cost is too high! Home safe went away and then forced me to take a phone that I never use! But charged every month! This is extortion and greed! Cox is not customer friendly and has gotten too expensive!

My internet buffers and buffers its really aweful. There seems go be no fix it. I’ve trued.
Loyal customers over 35+ yrs and pay way more than newbies- to have to call yearly when they up bill
The WiFi connection is awful and the amount we pay for 35+ years of loyalty to cox is ridiculous. Especially, when new customers don’t pay close to what we pay. Their customer is awful as well.

Idk how it’s possible I go over. I use to have unlimited WiFi but now I get charged $100 extra a month. It’s time to go somewhere else
Cox, you should be embarrassed.
I do not get connection throughout my house. I pay for the best service cox offers. Rather than provide a service that is sufficient. Cox wants you to buy/rent extenders/repeaters, or purchase a third party router that works as advertised and better, in my experience, which does not need additional plugin devices throughout the house… just to operate as advertised.

It only works half the time. Cox has one excuse after another they know what the problem is, but they won’t say what it is. They’ve got other things more important to fix besides you.

We have had someone come multiple times to try and fix our suppose of high-speed Internet. I think there’s a problem with the neighborhood hook up, but that should not come back on us. We pay a lot of money to have Internet come to our home through Cox so we could pick any other company. The people that come out to help fix our so nice but the company itself cannot figure out what the problem is and we are about to switch. We have been with Cox for almost half my life and since we’ve been in this house, we have literally had nothing but problem after a problem and I am sick of it

Used to be great
App used to great and very functional. Now it almost never works, freezes, won’t keep us logged in and forgets devices. Impossible to use when I actually need it.
