Unclear UI, bad separation of concerns
First off we shouldn’t need two apps for this. Second, this app doesn’t support something as basic as changing the WiFi network name and password?
That’s to say nothing of the circular loop you get put on if you dare to tap anything that says “get help”

Internet 2GB
Our internet is super slow. I am signed up for 2Gb, but when my son checked the speed, it was only at 20kb. Frustrating for us!!!
Drop outs
Horrible drop outs multiple times a day. Too many to count.
Terrible WiFi
WiFi buffers every 5 minutes. Can’t watch a show. Can’t keep my electronics connected. Got a new modem and it’s still doing it. Zero help from Cox.
Just installed
Says need more accesss to my account red circle with explanation point then freezes my application when I hit the home button
Lags and glitches
The app is constantly giving me issues if I am trying to do more than test the connection or just restart the network. Other than that, it will lag long enough to freeze and I close then restart the app, or it crashes on its own
Choppy
The WiFi does not go very far and seems unreliable. Always going in and out.
Billing error but turned off my services
Billing error I will be reporting this company for FRAUD for turning off my services when they are already prepaid.
Internet Signal
We live by South mountain and the internet signal is not good my ring camera jumps on and off all the time. Says low signal and our phone signal is horrible sometimes no call come thru and the drop all the time. And they want totocharge us for a Wi-Fi extender when the signal drops because we are close to the mountain.

My service is weak at my address. Calling Cox all I get is transferred to a technician who tells me to upgrade. I can only afford what I can pay. What I have I do not need for gaming. Just WiFi for two tvsa computer and iPhone. Wish I could have more. Thanks
Stops working
With latest update, app locks up . After numerous attempts to reset or restore app nothing works.

APP BROKEN!
I HAVE REBOOTED THE APP. I HAVE REINSTALLED THE APP. I HAVE REBOOTED MY PHONE. I HAVE REBOOTED MY GATEWAY PHYSICALLY IN MY PLACE. I HAVE CHECKED THE OPERATING VERSION TO MAKE SURE THE APP DIDN’T NEED AN UPDATE YET EVERY TIME EVERY EVERY EVERY TIME I GO TO PRESS THE HOME MENU WHEN THE APP OPENS, THE APP FREEZES COMPLETELY, AND MUST BE FORCED SHUT DOWN AND REOPENED, BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU CAN NEVER NEVER GET THE HOME MENU TO OPEN, SO THERE ARE MANY SETTINGS. I CANNOT ACCESS. THIS IS A HUGE HUGE FAILURE ON COX PART AND I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER.

WiFi always disconnects
Everyday this wifi has gone off or disconnects up to 5 times a day. We got a new box and an agent has checked our cable lines inside and outside. Houston we have a problem? Why pay for something that doesn’t allow us to finish movies and especially work projects. The kids gaming is always going down. Please fix or credit my account. This is getting ridiculous. Robin 😤
