It requires you to signup and login, which means its AppStore claim the “no data is collected” is a lie, and also it’s not decentralized as it claims. Beware of this wallet; they can spy on your activity based on your email and other personal info.

Can’t buy crypto

Every time I need to buy currency, I need to contact support to get enhance verification, and at the end I need to ask a friend to buy it for me and then transfer it to my account because cozy wallet takes a long time to fix the issue, this is my 3rd time trying to buy and it doesn’t let me. It is time to start looking for other app!

2000ドルを自身のアカウントに送金したものの反映されてない。サポートはあらゆる理由をつけては時間を伸ばし、最後には無視されてます。新しく問題を申請すると返信は来ましたがKYCなど同じ作業を繰り返しやれと言っています。後悔しますので日本の方は利用しない方が良い。

Scam do not waste time or money

I’d give zero stars if I could. They lie they lie and lie some more. Referrals forget about it. Customer support they say to you “not our problem” they like to solve customers problems by sending screenshots of instructions. My nephew’s parrot could create a better app. Shame on you

Great app but no longer easy to report bugs

Update: thanks for the reply and email. Will do. I’ll await any new updates to the app for the notifications.

I use to be able to submit a form to report bugs. Now I have to deal with the AI support who can’t report bugs or live support who refuses to send a bug reported to the tech team.

I’ll try to report one for now.

Please add a notification option in settings that also allows us to turn off of new coin announcements.

Scam app

This app was nothing but trouble from the download on. It acted like I already had an account and notified me that someone tried logging in on another device, in another city, 8 hrs into the future! Deleting and never returning. Feels like I tapped into a scam ring! BEWARE!!!
