Doesn’t work
This app Bluetooth search my new massage chair but doesn’t connect.
Tried so many times but looks like the issue of this app needs to be fix.

Won’t Connect
I have tried and tried to connect to the chair, but it just fails the Bluetooth convection in the app. I am currently on iOS 18.1. Maybe the app needs an update or something.
Cozzia Qi XE pro app is a perfect companion to the chair
Not sure why this review keeps getting deleted. I am very happy with the Cozzia app. It connect to the chair perfectly. The app gives me all the features the touchpad does. The voice control is a hot or miss, but that has more to do with Alexa than with this app.

This app is way better than some of the other apps for other chairs that we looked at. In the app you can even see you massage history and what you “Chair Doctor Scan” was. Thank you COZZIA aka Osaki.
Doesn’t connect.
I can’t get it to connect via Bluetooth. The other Cozzia app does connect via Bluetooth but then Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Not to good for the cost of the chair.
