OTP not generated because Limit exceeded of server.
I purchased a new CP Plus camera, but I am extremely frustrated because the daily limit for OTP SMS has been exceeded from sms service provider, and I am unable to log in. There is no support team available to help resolve this issue.
I am very disappointed with the service and am now considering replacing the CP Plus camera with another brand.

Camera automaticaly deleted from mobile app on daily bases and it's not get add back when i try , always need to rebbot the camera and them add , it's the schedule of everyday now, first climb up there then reboot it and then wait for it to settlle and then add , we gonna sue cp plus company or app if anything happens with the person who climbs up daily to make it work and the main thing is it's still in guarantee period . 🙏
