Same issue as everyone else,, I have to uninstall and reinstall everyday. Absolutely unacceptable and wastes time
Why still not fixed?
I have to delete and reinstall every single day - can only get one or two uses out of it before it freezes. This is completely unacceptable for a safeguarding app - having to delete and reinstall in a child protection meeting in front of social workers and police was utterly ridiculous. I have contacted CPOMS several times and they have done nothing.

Obviously don’t care!
Despite all the reviews about the need to delete reinstall this app, it is still a problem. If I had my chance again I would not have bought in CPOMs.

Unfortunately, virtually every time I go to elevate my access using the app, it doesn’t work and I have to delete it and re-download it.

Constantly have to delete and re install same as everyone else on here so please update the app to fix this. There are plenty of authenticator apps out there that work so I’m sure someone can work out how to sort this.

Doesn’t work
This app only seems to work when I reload it, then I get about 2 or 3 successful attempts before it crashes again. Very frustrating.
Not good
Every time I go to the Authenticator on my phone it doesn’t give me the password and I have to download it again from the AppStore. Nobody has been able to sort it. Wasting lots of valuable time.
Can’t log in!
It’s asking for a QR code which no one has, so I can’t log in. This problem needs fixing asap!

All I have is a message asking for a QR code!… supposed to be showing me an authentication code

It’s now asking to scan QR code through my camera which is won’t allow access to add an action or access sensitive data which I need to. Basically useless

As with others, the app keeps freezing. Argh.
