Complete rubbish
Apps are truly terrible. Clearly haven’t had any user experience or real world use. I despise using this app, it’s a poor and stressful experience, and I’m an IT professional!
Could do better
Apple pay is intermittently available. Sometimes the app is down. Spurious bookings. Confusing menu structure.
Why show the dinner booking days with option to bring lunch? Just don’t book that day! Why not show the dinner menu on each day to help with bookings?

Worst app ever
It’s so frustrating that our kids’ schools have to use this tripe. Almost every time we open it we have to re-login, or one of ours kids doesn’t show up on it, or it crashes, or it just flat out errors and refuses to let us in (like tonight). As a software developer myself I’d be embarrassed to be a part of the team who shipped this in its current state. Please sort it out or shut it down.

Needs updating for payment processing
They still have not ironed out the Apple Pay issues so forced to use the website as an alternative negating the need for the app
Works periodically
Good app… when it works! It’s so frustrating to have to reenter your card details for every payment. Then the one time you have your card ready to do it, it offers Apple Pay???? It doesn’t even allow for auto fill of card details… Lots of work and one update would sort it to make it so much better!
