Unusable
Every time I log in the app just freezes. Can’t tap on anything to open any areas to see child’s info or pay. Can log in via web but can’t view properly on a smart phone.tried to contact support but have to have a support contract to get help.

I am asked to go through the Full process username then password the school postcode and then activate
Then it takes me to a webpage which does not show the whole page. If I try the app its repeats the first step and brings me back to step one

By quite some margin the worst app on my phone
The notifications don’t show in the right order. If you click on the wrong one all the latest ones get hidden at the bottom. It always wants to do double Face ID. The payments and wallets make no sense. You can’t see notifications for both children. Truly a triumph of terrible user interface!
