Unusable
Every time I log in the app just freezes. Can’t tap on anything to open any areas to see child’s info or pay. Can log in via web but can’t view properly on a smart phone.tried to contact support but have to have a support contract to get help.

Good and perfect to use
By quite some margin the worst app on my phone
The notifications don’t show in the right order. If you click on the wrong one all the latest ones get hidden at the bottom. It always wants to do double Face ID. The payments and wallets make no sense. You can’t see notifications for both children. Truly a triumph of terrible user interface!
Totally inadequate for parent communications
My school switched last Sept to MCAS / Bromcom and all communication in the past school year has gone downhill. The parents’ WhatsApp group has to make up for the short failings of MCAS to keep parents informed of notifications from the school. Despite the app sending a notification, once the user clicks on the notification it sends you to the general dashboard in the app and it leaves the user to ‘guess’ which tab the notification is applicable too. Given that there are often at least 12 tabs, it is not easy to search for or locate a notification. The system also doesn’t allow you to opt for ‘email notifications’ if you are using the app so there is no back up communication. It’s the worst school to parent communications app I have ever experienced in 15 years of being a parent to a student

Entirely consistent in being inconsistent. Ridiculous. No “messages” or “notifications” the “timetable” option has been removed. Much like the software developers who control this abomination should be.

Overall good but not easy to see parts
The only niggle I have about the app is the fact on the behaviour points it is impossible to see the neutral behaviour points due to it being a light yellow on a white background. Would be better as orange, for example, or changing the background to a darker colour
Login never recognised.
Every time we login it loses our login details and says the login doesn’t exist and therefore can’t reset.

Get messages I don’t want every day. Can’t turn them off. Child left school and still can stop them
Great app
My child has just moved to a new school and her old school did not have this app, I like how there is a store and you can buy things in advance, no more taking cash in one of those envelopes with your name on it which saves waste.

Not receiving any updates or messages tried countless times to re install and rest no joy
Payment errors
The app is very clunky and can take a long time to load messages. The one issue that is really annoying is when paying for school dinners, it errors when selecting a saved payment card. This results in me having to re-input my card details every week.
Consent issues
Problems giving consent for trips etc. was working fine to start. Can still read message but unable to open trips page now. Have updated. Uninstall and reinstall but same issue persist
