Absolute joke. All communication from school comes through via this app. It kicks you off you talk to the school they send you another link which doesn’t work. Who has time to keep going back and forth with the school about this app. Never had this issue with my other child’s app who’s in high school

The developers ought to be strung up. This feels like it was designed in 1997. Unreliable. Unintuitive. Just appalling. Now it’s thrown me out and won’t send a password reset email.

Totally useless app. Has been off now for 3 weeks and all you get is a message saying developer is aware of the issue. Would give zero stars if possible

Absolutely dreadful app

Never before have I been moved to review an app but this one is so painful to use. Happily I have been oblivious to its existence for 5 years and my daughter is now in 6th form so hopefully my dealings with it will be shortlived.
