I’m confused about the bad reviews
It’s actually quite handy! I get all my school alerts and emails on here. Best part is, you can combine the full year school calendar to your phone calendar - so when I go to my personal calendar, I can see all the upcoming school events automatically. Made my life so much easier! So far no complaints.

Poor
User experience is poor. Information is duplicated across Dashboard, Posts and Messages. Would benefit removing features to make options more definitive. Design could be refreshed. Colour contrast fails all levels of WCAG.
Keeps crashing
It’s really bad. My son’s school uses this app to communicate with parents but I can never view it properly, as soon as I open the app to click on the notification it force closes, it’s ridiculous! I can not view anything!! Please fix it !
Need improving
Well this app is so faulty and it waited a lot of time. We started using your tennis store from paper and App Store. This will take an hour to do it in the 10 minutes and accessibility in the greatest either when you put your finger or something the voice won’t tell you what button that’s over family either.
