I’m confused about the bad reviews
It’s actually quite handy! I get all my school alerts and emails on here. Best part is, you can combine the full year school calendar to your phone calendar - so when I go to my personal calendar, I can see all the upcoming school events automatically. Made my life so much easier! So far no complaints.

Poor
User experience is poor. Information is duplicated across Dashboard, Posts and Messages. Would benefit removing features to make options more definitive. Design could be refreshed. Colour contrast fails all levels of WCAG.
Keeps crashing
It’s really bad. My son’s school uses this app to communicate with parents but I can never view it properly, as soon as I open the app to click on the notification it force closes, it’s ridiculous! I can not view anything!! Please fix it !
Need improving
Well this app is so faulty and it waited a lot of time. We started using your tennis store from paper and App Store. This will take an hour to do it in the 10 minutes and accessibility in the greatest either when you put your finger or something the voice won’t tell you what button that’s over family either.

Reach less parents. Honestly the owner of this company should be fined selling a product to schools that’s no foot form purpose! No fit for purpose, the GUI is awful. If I was a programmer of this I would be ashamed. Any other industry they would be closed by now, but education accepts substandard

Never works
It keeps logging me out and refusing to let me back in, even after changing my password. I’ll end up giving up and leaving it for a month before trying again and it eventually lets me in. I have my password saved in my phone so I know it’s all correct. I end up missing out on all the school letters and messages because I cannot access them.

How come you can request so much privacy data?
My child’s school has recently moved to this app, I am as yet to download it as I’m concerned by how much data it’s able to request. Why do you require so much personal data?
Weduc is bad
This app constantly crashes it is very difficult to use it is also unorganised the app is just overall bad it hardly works for many people and just crashes, it’s so difficult to find homework and people are unable to complete homework.

This app has given me more detentions than I am going to admit
No I don’t have notifications on. No I am not going to turn them on. That noise brings out a primal instinct within me that is so indescribably painful that I would rather hurl myself off of my roof into a pit of legos. Just remove the app
One of the worst apps I’ve used
If someone need to write a book about bad app examples or how not to design an app. This would be a perfect example.
It is so unintuitive. None of the icons make any sense. The user flow has no logic behind it and the booking parent evening function don’t work most of the time. I just don’t understand why would schools choose this app?

Can’t log on through app
I can’t log on through the app. This needs fixing, I am not the only one to complain about this. However I can log on through the website.
Dreadful crashing non responsive app
Useless app that crashes when you try to view images, cant login to the app despite changing my password multiple times, confirmation of updated password received then login and not recognised
Also when you try to change your password no typing keyboard comes up so you have to rely on autofill but then it doesn’t work! Fed up! What a waste of time and only way to communicate with the school! Very very glitchy! Is it new iOS update causing the glitchy mess!?!?

Doesn’t work
My app stopped working .. no inbox messages or notifications or any other messages .. deleted and reinstalled and nothing . School say they have no idea as they ticking all the boxes when they send .. . Got rid of the app as doesn’t do anything .. seems to be after an update ? Not worked for 3 months

Designed to be as difficult as possible
Can’t copy-and-paste information from the app. Can’t email myself the information if the school hasn’t opted to email. Can’t save images. Just rubbish. Amazing that any schools use it.
Logged out cant get back in
Rubbish app has logged me out. It seems like my account has been blocked. I’ve put my password incorrectly and it says invalid username or password. I’ve tried to forgotten password thing but it does not send me a email. I am stuck locked out and very annoyed.
