Truly Awful
This is a horribly frustrating app that we are forced to use. Constantly having to log in, log out, remove the app, re-install the app, clicking on links several times to access the information. Booking systems never work. Reporting absences never works. Constantly having problems with it. It has never worked properly and only ever seems to get worse. Hate it.

Needs improving
Never opens first time and you have to go out of the app and back in it maybe half a dozen times in the hope that it will eventually work. Sometimes I just give up trying to use it. Needs a really good update from whoever wrote it.
Dreadful app
Great idea, terribly executed. I can only log in about 25% of the time, the rest of the time I’m stuck in a loop of having to close the app, reopen, try to log in again, see swirly whirl of doom, close the app etc etc. When I finally manage to log in, it says I have hundreds of unread messages. When I read the latest one, all others then show as read. Then when I close the app it shows several unread notifications. Honestly can’t think of a worse app.

Terrible App
Never works when opened, have to constantly open and close it for ten minutes and hope it works at some point. If you’re want to waste hours of your life each school year, download this app. Quicker for the school to phone each parent separately, useless.
Good idea but badly run
Awful app!! Constant bugs, making you login multiple times a day. The idea of school notifications through an app rather than email is fab. If only the app was good enough
