The developers ought to be strung up. This feels like it was designed in 1997. Unreliable. Unintuitive. Just appalling. Now it’s thrown me out and won’t send a password reset email.
Sims parent
Totally useless app. Has been off now for 3 weeks and all you get is a message saying developer is aware of the issue. Would give zero stars if possible
Absolutely dreadful app
Never before have I been moved to review an app but this one is so painful to use. Happily I have been oblivious to its existence for 5 years and my daughter is now in 6th form so hopefully my dealings with it will be shortlived.
Worst app I have ever had on my phone
This unbelievably poorly maintained app is just beyond belief. The students could design & maintain a better one. If only there a zero star option to truly reflect the quality of this app.
Useless
After installing this app it worked fine but now most of it is missing, I can’t access the dashboard all I’m getting is messages option and parentpay
Good, when it works..
The app is useful for tracking attendance, checking timetables and viewing achievement and behaviour logs, as well as keeping on top of set homework. Unfortunately, it often won’t load, making all these things inaccessible; this is particularly frustrating when trying to get my child to complete homework as this is ALL set on SIMS.

Terrible App always Crashing
How you supposed to use an app that keeps crashing throwing you out and doesn’t recognise log in info. No wonder the education systems is in turmoil.

There is no way this APP works, never able to load school page. Even delete and reinstall doesn't work.

Would be good if it worked as it should. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall sometimes that doesn’t always work!

One of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure to use. Written by a three year old with early access to ChatGPT. Almost impossible to get logged in.
Useless app
The app won’t even allow me to log in. Just show the loading page for ages and then says there’s an error. Not sure why schools still use SIMS anyway when there are way superior products out there.
App loading issues
I like this app in principle, however it very often will fail to open or load, and it’s the same on my wife’s phone (at the same time) so I’m assuming it’s an issue on the app side, as opposed to a phone issue.

So frustrating
I try to help my son to log in to his sims that the school needed but it keep asking for a log in for the sims parent , I don’t have to do that on the website. Why are they trying to make thing so difficult. Worse app ever download. Have to make a 1 or 2 minute thing into a hour of trying to work out how to log in

Worst app ever!!!!
I can never log in, I go to reset my password (even though I know I put it in correctly) and it still doesn’t log me in. There is no way I would ever link it to another app I have, like Facebook or google, and I can’t believe a school app asks you to as an option!
